Registration for The Leathermines is free. Tribute or direct membership is not needed to access most of the content.
The Web Mistress checks to make sure websites and domains connected to emails submitted for membership are current and valid. If those websites are not current or valid, it is then checked against spam list sites such as StopForumSpam to confirm that it is possibly not a valid email. If the website, domain, or specific email that has been submitted is on such a site, the membership will be deleted.
The Web Mistress does not sell information about members who have registered. As of June, 2020, The web Mistress and associates have not sent email newsletters to registered members. There have not been personalized emails to those who have registered on The Leathermines, unless there has been an email sent through the contacts to the Web Mistress, first.
